Home Entertainment Review: Disney Junior Holiday

Disney has always known how to celebrate the holidays, from their classic cartoons from the 1940s and 1950s to Mickey's Christmas Carol. Let's not forget all the Christmas themed episodes of their countless shows on The Disney Channel. This year, they've released a special gift for the Disney Junior crowd.

Disney Junior Holiday features great holiday moments from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Puppy Dog Pals, Mickey and the Roadster Racers, and Vampirina. 11 episodes spread the cheer as Mickey and all his pals race to help others and save Santa. Menawhile, Vampirina gets visitors at this most wonderful time of the year.

Parents will love the themes of Disney Junior Holiday as Mickey and his crew help others and spread a message of peace and goodwill to all. Some might have a problem with Vampirina, which obviously makes what are considered as supernatural creatures of the night look cute and cuddly. If your kids are old enough to watch Hotel Transylvania, then they're old enough to watch this.

Disney Junior Holiday contains two bonus shorts as a surprise gift for kiddos. Chip 'n' Dales Nutty Tales tells us it's Snow Bunny's Business. Minnie's Bow-Toons shares her rendition of Oh, Christmas Tree. There's nothing like a little extra to help spread cheer this season.

If you're in need of something to keep the kids' attention long enough to wrap some presents or get some cooking done, look no further than Disney Junior Holiday. Whether they love Mickey, Minnie, Vampirina, or Puppy Dog Pals, there's something for them all to adore. If you're not a big fan of Vampirina, just skip those episodes and move on. The DVD menu makes it easy, since all those episodes are the first on the disc. One thing's for sure - Disney Junior Holiday will definitely help spread Christmas cheer through your household and put you and your children in the mood for fun and celebrating the season.
