Kelsey Grammer is joining the CW's Arrowfor a very unique 150th episode on February 4, according to Entertainment Weekly. The episode, titled "Emerald Archer," will be a faux documentary about the Hood (how Stephen Amell's Green Arrow is referred to by the public in the show) and the rise of his fellow vigilantes. Grammer will serve as a narrator for this unique presentation.
