Writer/Producer/Director Kevin Smith (“Clerks,” “Comic Book Men”) and Dave Willis, the co-creator of “Aqua Teen Hunger Force” and “Squidbillies,” are the writers and Executive Producers for “Marvel’s Howard the Duck,” with Jeph Loeb also serving as Executive Producer.
