Artist Mike Deodato has announced that following his upcoming run on Savage Avengers , he will depart Marvel Comics, the publisher for whom he's worked for 24 years. Deodato issued a statement on leaving Marvel on his Twitter, saying he plans to branch into creator-owned comic books.
